  • Non-defective items: We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective, custom-made items. As each piece is created specifically for your order, we cannot restock them.

    • Upon verification of a defect or damage, we will offer you a choice of a replacement item or a full refund for the defective item, including any applicable shipping charges.
